Not looking for specific cases, but indicators of flare spots so resources can be propositioned. If people want to be notified of positive tests they can give their contact info. Insurance companies might help with a project like this to help them manage their costs

I would like to implement the idea of consumer spending or money spent here locally. Shopping locally means more funds available for our community needs. Sales tax support a large range of public services such as police, fire department and hospitals. The importance of shopping locally is something to keep in mind for the good of our community as it may open up great opportunity from all perspectives for future generations.
