Santa Cruz County Supervisors, County Manager, and Deputy County Manager all attended the annual Legislative Reception in January. The annual reception, hosted by the County Supervisors Association (CSA), is held so State Legislators, County Supervisors, policymakers, and lobbyists can discuss interests and priorities for the upcoming year.
At the regular County Supervisors’ Association Board Meeting scheduled the following day, Governor Katie Hobbs addressed the audience of Supervisors and expressed her willingness to work on areas of mutual concern. Members were able to ask the Governor about issues important to their community.
