This food safety course is targeted for food servers, food handlers and food preparers. It teaches them key principles to keep food and customers safe. This course includes information on, Cross Contamination, Temperature Control, Personal Hygiene and dozens of other topics food workers and handlers must understand in order to be safe at-home and in the workplace.
