American Rescue Plan Act Funding of 2021
Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors has deployed approximately $1.5 million of Santa Cruz County’s federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) distribution in the form of a Nonprofit and Small Business Program to the community. The funding has provided both nonprofit capacity grants and forgivable loans to small businesses, artists and nonprofit organizations to mitigate the negative economic impacts experienced from the pandemic. The following reports show how the funds have been spent and distributed to the community.
